The campaign ran for 2 months.

We implemented a comprehensive ad campaign utilizing a variety of creative options, including video reels, testimonials, and images to highlight the benefits of the course. Three ad sets were tested, incorporating broad and Advantage Plus audience setups to optimize reach. A conversion-focused campaign was created with a landing page funnel to track all activities, and Calendly was integrated with pixel installation for seamless appointment scheduling. Additionally, we retargeted audiences who visited the appointment page but did not complete the form, effectively re-engaging potential leads.

The best-performing ads were static image ads with conversion ads. Remarketing and lookalike audiences were applied, leading to optimized creative performance.

The campaign successfully generated over 170 course appointments, with the average cost per lead (CPL) reduced to $12-$13. Initially, the CPL was approximately $49. By optimizing the campaign through custom audience targeting and bid cap adjustments, the CPL was significantly reduced to an average of $12-$13.

Elite Events BC is an event services company in Kamloops, BC, Canada that was pursuing growth in expanding their services to offer bartending for weddings and events. They wanted to raise awareness of their new service and book more bartending jobs.

Although an established Event Planning company in Kamloops and the area, Elite Events BC wanted to raise awareness of the new services they offer, as to become the leading service provider for bartending in their area. The company’s website, which we built initially, needed re-organization and content to include the new service. 


The Solution
Elite Marketing Projects team members started with changes to the website, including SEO friendly content, and overtime replacing stock photos with original photos of the company’s bartenders at work. 

The next step was SEO services that gave the company a huge boost in organic search traffic. The New Better Me is a Canadian online blog on health and wellbeing, that also does affiliate marketing. While based out of Canada, The New Better Me’s audiences are in the US and all over the world.

The New Better Me was a new company when we first started helping them. We built their blog  website, but not long after that they came back because they had a new challenge ahead of them: to grow their presence online. For an affiliate marketer online reach is paramount, and followers are a deciding factor when meeting the criteria required to become part of some lucrative affiliate programs. They also wanted to grow their TikTok audience to min of 1,000 followers so they can monetize by going live.

Kamloops EFry’s challenge was that during COVID-19 pandemic, and the subsequent cancellation of in-person events, they had lost an important opportunity to be in touch with the community. They were finding it difficult to raise awareness of their programs and services in a world that was changing too fast. The organization had to change direction and increase their online presence, which would help not only the community but to achieve their fundraising goals.
